OLD ALBANIANS HOCKEY CLUB REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2013 season is now open. On-line registration form lower on this page

Fees for 2013 are R2000, consisting of R500 registration fee that must be paid  immediately upon submitting your online registration and R1500 subs which must be paid by 30 June.

New members for the first time in 2013 also need to pay a once off R250 entrance fee.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Submitting this document binds you to the Old Albanians Hockey Club and all financial obligations regarding any outstanding fees or subs owed by you. Clearance from the club will only be granted once fees are paid in full, or at the discretion of the Committee.
• R500 registration fee is payable upon registration. Players will not be able to attend club trials or practice unless registration fee is paid in full.
